Annette Davis is a systematic leader who takes a methodical approach to helping Corporate Executives, Directors, Deputies, Generals and other organizational leaders develop operational systems to increase productivity and improve profit margins by reconciling billing errors and gaps in administrative processes. 
 
For over 35 years, Annette has served as a Systems Administrator with the US Military and over 10 years on Wall St., where she has been instrumental in supporting executive teams in acquiring new client contracts and training administrative staff in the proper management of operational systems. She has also saved the government millions of dollars reconciling critical billing errors. 
 
Annette was able to leverage her Systems Administrator experience and her knowledge of operational leadership to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she supports Real Estate professionals in identifying areas for process improvement, operations management, and the development of solutions for increasing operational efficiency in the transaction process.

 
She enjoys the challenges associated with providing top-level, quality service to her clients in an expedited manner, always setting a high-performance bar for herself. She also possesses and maintains the highest of ethical standards.

 
Annette is married, with two military sons and two fur babies. She loves listening to a good audible, singing, and good ole family time.
