  • Add/Update property on agents website.

  • Design Just Listed Postcards (postage & printing fee separate).

CLIENT SUPPORT

Real Estate Agent
  • Send Welcome/Intro Letter to Seller.

  • Act as single point of contact for any questions or concerns.

  • Obtain/Request utility averages from the client.

LISTING COORDINATION

  • Handle all documentation from the beginning to MLS live

  • Create Brokerage file and upload all necessary documents

  • Coordinate all pre-listing activities (photos, stager, disclosures including sellers statement, include/exclude and condo or HOA docs (if applicable)

  • Create the offline listing in MLS and prepare for going live

  • Upload photos to MLS

  • Upload disclosures, floor plans, condo docs, and any requested documents to MLS

  • Pull Deed to verify ownership

  • Due Diligence (all online searches only - if available for your state)

  • Order Home Warranty

  • Payment is due upon submission via Credit Card (fees apply)

  • Minimum 48-hour turnaround time from submission Document Preparation

$50 PER LISTING OR BUYER

  • Provide all required state, brokerage, and MLS document prep

  • Coordinate client signatures on the above docs

  • ONLY the initial required documents included

  • Payment due upon submission

AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Here's a list of requirements for ALL agents during the transaction: 

  • Maintain constant communication with your TC and all affiliates

  • Review all received correspondence so you are up to date at all times with the details of the transaction

  • Obtain necessary work or repair quotes

  • Schedule inspections or contract work when necessary

  • Handle negotiations, including repairs, price changes, appraisal shortfalls, and closing date adjustments, etc.

  • Promptly notify all parties in case of transaction cancellation or termination

  • Advise clients on important decisions, contractual obligations, and any changes to the original offer or timeline

  • Review Commission Statement and CD/ALTA/HUD for accuracy
